eCommerce Warehouse Fulfillment SpecialistJoin Our Team!

As an eCommerce Warehouse Fulfillment Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our online customers receive the right products, on time, and in excellent condition. This position combines warehouse fulfillment, logistics coordination, inventory awareness, and customer service support to help drive our growing eCommerce business.

What You'll DoOrder Fulfillment & Shipping
  • Pick, pack, and ship eCommerce orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure products are carefully packaged to prevent damage during shipping while minimizing shipping costs.
  • Select the most appropriate packaging materials, including boxes, padded envelopes, and pallets.
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure all products meet customer expectations.
  • Locate replacement parts when damaged or non-saleable inventory is discovered.
  • Pick and prepare large pallet-sized orders for LTL freight pickups.
eCommerce Operations
  • Monitor incoming and outgoing orders and proactively identify and resolve issues.
  • Assign orders to multiple warehouse locations based on fulfillment needs.
  • Process order exceptions, including substitutions, cancellations, short shipments, and shipping delays.
  • Utilize company software systems to print packing slips, shipping labels, and update order information.
  • Correct shipping address issues and troubleshoot order discrepancies.
Logistics Support
  • Drive company vehicles to local UPS, FedEx, and USPS facilities as needed for package drop-offs.
  • Assist with inventory accuracy by reporting stocking or inventory discrepancies.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Support other warehouse and eCommerce team functions as business needs require.
  • Participate in a rotating Saturday schedule (approximately ½ day on Saturdays after training is completed).
Customer Service & Teamwork
  • Deliver exceptional service to both internal and external customers.
  • Collaborate with warehouse, retail, and customer service teams to ensure order accuracy and customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with customers, vendors, and coworkers.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
