The Director of Ecommerceis responsible forleading the strategy, growth, and execution of the company'secommercebusiness, with a primary focus on Amazon and Chewy.

This role owns the endtoend performance of these platforms and is accountable for driving revenue growth, profitability, operational excellence, and bestinclass execution across marketplace channels.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Overseeecommerce strategy and execution including assortment, promotional planning, media investments, and operationalexcellence.

  • Monitormarketplaceplatform performance, algorithm changes, and policy updates to proactively mitigate risks and unlock opportunities.

  • Lead bestinclass execution across content, SEO, advertising, pricing, promotions, and availability.

  • Develop and manage annual operating plans, forecasts, and promotional strategies foreCommercechannels.

  • Own and execute the ecommerce marketplace strategy, withdeepfocus on Amazon and Chewy.

  • Drivesalesgrowth, share, and profitability across Amazon (Vendor Central and/or Seller Central) and Chewy.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between the range listed above, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.The total compensation package for this position mayalso include other elements, if eligible, including variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Eligibility for these additional elements depend on the position offeredand the employee's work schedule (i.e., part-time schedule, store associate).
