Accountant (Location: Beverly Hills, CA 90211)

Reports To: Finance Manager

We are looking for

Hopefully, you! Were seeking an Accountant to join our Finance team at our Beverly Hills, LA showroom. This is a great opportunity for a finance professional with at least 3 years of relevant experience who is looking to take ownership of core accounting functions across treasury, fixed assets, revenue and payables. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical accounting fundamentals, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to contribute meaningfully to reporting, compliance and business partnering activities.

The Accountants key responsibilities will include:

  • End to end ownership of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including reconciliations and dispute resolution
  • Maintaining the fixed asset register, processing additions, disposals and depreciation runs, and ensuring accurate property, plant and equipment records
  • Month end close, variance analysis and contributing to the monthly management accounts reporting pack
  • Preparing monthly balance sheet reconciliations with minimal supervision
  • Assisting with compliance and tax reporting, and other statutory filings
  • Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Business partnering with managers and stakeholders to build relationships and influence beyond just transactional work

We need you to bring

  • A Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
  • CA/ CPA qualification (completed or near completion) is highly regarded
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including IFs, VLOOKUP and data analysis functions) and MS Office
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, with high attention to detail and logical thinking
  • High levels of initiative with the ability to work independently
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience, with demonstrated proficiency across cash, fixed assets, accounts payable and receivable, and financial reporting.
