Position Summary

The Senior Manager, Creative Services leads the development and execution of the Eco-Products creative vision, ensuring a consistent, compelling, and differentiated brand presence across all customer and stakeholder touchpoints. This role oversees creative strategy, brand stewardship, content development, design execution, and creative operations in support of business growth, customer engagement, and market leadership. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this leader partners closely with Sales, Product Management, Sustainability, and executive leadership to translate business objectives into impactful creative solutions.

Reports To: Director of Marketing

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and champion the creative vision for the Eco-Products brand across all channels and customer touchpoints.

· Ensure brand consistency, integrity, and differentiation through clear creative standards and governance.

· Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing creative services team.

· Oversee concept development and execution for integrated campaigns, digital marketing, social media, product launches, trade shows, video, and sales enablement materials.

· Partner with Marketing, Sales, Product Management, Sustainability, and leadership teams to translate business priorities into creative solutions.

· Manage external agencies, freelancers, photographers, videographers, and production partners.

· Establish efficient creative workflows, project prioritization processes, and quality standards.

· Define and track KPIs to measure creative effectiveness and campaign impact.

· Manage creative budgets and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, Advertising, Fine Arts, or related field.

· 8+ years of progressive experience in creative services, brand marketing, advertising, or related disciplines.

· 3+ years of experience leading and developing creative professionals.

· Demonstrated success developing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.

· Exceptional creative judgment across design, content, storytelling, and user experience.

· Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud or comparable creative technologies.

· Excellent communication, presentation, project management, and stakeholder-management skills.

· Compelling portfolio demonstrating both creative excellence and business impact.

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience supporting B2B brands and complex product portfolios.

· Experience in sustainability, packaging, foodservice, manufacturing, or environmental sectors.

· Experience managing agencies and production partners.

· Passion for sustainability and environmentally responsible business practices.

Compensation:

A reasonable estimate of the current range is $125,000 - $150,000 + bonus + benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. At Novolex, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
