Bachelors degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent 5+ years of relevant experience in consumer electronics and chemical regulatory compliance Demonstrated track record in chemical regulatory advocacyDemonstrated familiarity with global environmental product compliance requirements (e.g., RoHS, REACH) and standards (e.g., IEEE 1680.1)Knowledge and experience in green chemistry and the human and environmental health impacts of chemicalsDemonstrated track record monitoring and ensuring compliance to restricted substance regulations and standards in the electronics sectorProficiency in program management - leading, organizing, and driving work you're doing of complex projects with tight timelinesAbility to guide and influence cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder expectations and fostering team collaboration.Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills to clearly organize and convey information across functions and levels.Excellent organizational, interpersonal, presentation, and communication skillsEager to learn and be part of a teamWillingness and ability to travel internationally
