Job description

Join our club's youth development pathway as a Head Coach for one of our competitive Pre-ECNL teams. We are seeking an enthusiastic, committed coach who can foster a positive, challenging environment while upholding the club's style of play and developmental principles year-round.
Technical Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver age-appropriate, high-quality training sessions.
  • Lead teams in league play, tournaments, and competitive events.
  • Implement the club's curriculum and periodization model.
  • Complete formal player evaluations and support individual development plans.

Administrative Responsibilities
  • Communicate clearly and consistently with families and club staff.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordination of league games and events.
  • Follow all club policies, procedures, and administrative expectations.

Desired Qualifications
