Facility:

This renowned facility features a 72-bed Level III NICU with an average daily census of 60 patients. The unit provides comprehensive neonatal services within a complete pediatric ecosystem that includes PICU, CVICU, and pediatric emergency services. The facility is distinguished by its advanced capabilities, including ECMO services and comprehensive pediatric subspecialist support.

Opportunity: Board Certified - Neonatal Nurse Practitioner

Join a collaborative team of 13 neonatologists and 12 advanced practice providers in a nationally respected, high-acuity Level III NICU. This role offers the chance to work with complex neonatal cases while utilizing cutting-edge technologies in a supportive, team-oriented environment focused on exceptional patient outcomes.

Job Details:

• Deliver patient-centered care in a sophisticated 72-bed Level III NICU
• Manage complex and critical neonatal cases, including extremely low birth weight infants
• Utilize advanced technologies including neonatal ECMO, jet and oscillatory high-frequency ventilation
• Implement inhaled nitric oxide (iNO) and whole-body cooling for HIE
• Participate in dedicated neonatal resuscitation and transport teams
• Collaborate with full-spectrum pediatric subspecialists, including cardiovascular surgery
• Integrate care within a comprehensive pediatric ecosystem
• Contribute to a high-performing, compassionate care model focused on innovation and outcomes
• Participate in NICU resuscitation and transport coverage as scheduled
• Work weekends as part of the 24/7 rotation schedule
• Must be Board Certified NNP-BC with Nevada license or willingness to obtain

Compensation:

Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
