ECM Consultant
Location: Plano, TX (Hybrid)- 
W2 Candidates - with minimum validity of 12 months
 
Responsibilities:
  • Development, Configuration, Customization and maintenance of OpenText Content Server and its modules.
  • Collaborate with teams to develop/deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Develop and implement OpenText Content Server troubleshooting strategies.
  • Ensure seamless operation of the OpenText Content Server application.
 
Required Skills:
  • Strong (5+ years of) experience with design, development and support of Enterprise content management (ECM) systems specially with OpenText products.
  • Data Migration exposure from other source systems to OpenText platform using migration tools.
  • Exposure to OpenText products version upgrade (16.x/20.x)
  • Hands-on experience with OpenText Content Server products like Workflows, WebReports and Livereports.
  • Installation and configuration skills for OpenText Content Server application.
  • Strong Oracle Database SQL querying skills.
  • Experience in Content Server customizations (using Content Server Web Services and REST API).
  • Administration of all supporting services like Databases, Storage Devices, Load balancers, Linux/Windows Domains/Active Directories, Backups etc.
  • Strong development experience on the Open Text Content Server platform (using Content Server Web Services, REST APIs) preferably with 20.x versions.
  • Java or .NET development experience with good knowledge of Object-oriented programming concepts.
  • OpenText Content Server, JSON APIs, Python, Alteryx workflows, OAUTH authentication, CS workflows and web reports
