Solar Eclipse New York is looking for a highly creative, commercially minded and culturally plugged-in Social Media & Influencer Growth Manager to build and grow our social media presence, creator community, affiliate program and product PR.

Our social channels are currently relatively inactive, making this one of the biggest untapped growth opportunities within our rapidly growing global accessories and lifestyle brand.

This isn't a role focused on maintaining an existing content calendar. We're looking for someone who can build the next chapter of Solar Eclipse's social presence from the ground up.

Solar Eclipse New York is a fast-growing design-led accessories and lifestyle brand creating beautiful, playful products that turn everyday essentials into objects worth keeping.

Our collections span hair accessories, mirrors, brushes, jewelry boxes, pill cases, bag charms, tech accessories, home, gifting, games and more, with hundreds of new designs launching throughout the year.

Solar Eclipse is stocked by leading retailers and cultural institutions across the U.S. and internationally, including Nordstrom, Revolve, Anthropologie, Urban Outfitters, MoMA Design Store, Barnes & Noble, Free People, Le Bon Marché and others.

As the business continues to grow rapidly, we see an enormous opportunity to build a social presence that reflects the scale, creativity and momentum of the brand.

You'll develop and execute our organic growth strategy across Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest, while building our influencer, creator, affiliate and product PR ecosystem.

You'll have an enormous amount to work with: hundreds of products and new designs, constant launches, major retail partnerships, collaborations, international expansion, shoots, events, press and behind-the-scenes access to new collections.

Your job is to turn that activity into a distinctive, highly engaging social presence and continuously find new ways to introduce Solar Eclipse to new audiences.

You'll own the organic growth strategy across our social channels, including:

• Reactivating and growing Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest.
• Developing platform-specific strategies with clear goals around audience growth, reach, engagement, discovery and traffic.
• Establishing the appropriate publishing cadence, formats and content mix for each platform.
• Building and managing the overall social content calendar.
• Planning and executing Reels, TikToks, Stories, posts, Pins and other platform-native content.
• Building a high-volume content engine using brand assets, original social-first content, behind-the-scenes material and creator-generated content.
• Identifying trends, sounds, formats, search behavior and cultural moments relevant to Solar Eclipse.
• Turning product launches, collaborations, retail partnerships, press and events into audience-growth opportunities.
• Identifying opportunities for collaborative posts, creator amplification and strategic partnerships.
• Testing creative concepts, formats and distribution strategies to understand what drives growth.
• Analyzing performance and continuously refining strategy based on results.
• Reporting on follower growth, reach, engagement, traffic and top-performing content.

You'll develop a dedicated Pinterest growth and discovery strategy, including product, seasonal, gifting, fashion, beauty, home and evergreen search-driven content.

You'll continuously test what drives saves, discovery, clicks and traffic while building an evergreen library of high-performing Solar Eclipse content.

You'll build a network of creators, influencers, stylists and tastemakers who genuinely know and recommend Solar Eclipse.

You'll:

• Develop our organic influencer and creator strategy.
• Proactively identify creators who are an exceptional fit for the brand.
• Manage influencer gifting and product seeding from outreach through follow-up.
• Build long-term relationships with high-performing creators.
• Identify emerging creators before they become oversaturated.
• Develop seeding strategies around launches, seasonal moments and hero products.
• Track placements, organic mentions and earned content.
• Identify creator content that can be repurposed across Solar Eclipse channels.
• Work closely with our TikTok Shop team to identify creators and content with strong commerce potential.

You'll own and grow Solar Eclipse's presence on ShopMy and other relevant creator affiliate platforms, including:

• Developing our ShopMy growth strategy.
• Building relationships with relevant creators, stylists, editors and tastemakers.
• Introducing partners to new products and launches.
• Identifying opportunities for creator edits, shopping recommendations, gift guides and curated collections.
• Tracking affiliate performance and identifying high-performing creators and products.
• Building deeper relationships with our strongest affiliate partners.

You'll also support product PR and editorial outreach, helping ensure our constant pipeline of products and launches reaches relevant media.

You'll:

• Build relationships with fashion, beauty, accessories, lifestyle, design and shopping editors, freelance writers and stylists.
• Pitch products and collections for shopping features, awards, gift guides, product roundups and trend coverage.
• Manage product sampling, media requests and follow-up.
• Maintain an organized database of editorial and stylist contacts.
• Monitor editorial calendars and identify timely opportunities.
• Identify relevant awards and product submissions.
• Track coverage and amplify major press moments across social.
• Work with the founders and external partners on larger brand announcements and strategic PR opportunities.

The PR component is primarily focused on product discovery, editorial relationships and earned media, rather than corporate communications.

Ideally, you have:

• 3–5+ years of experience across social media, influencer marketing, digital marketing or a related field.
• Experience with a fashion, beauty, accessories, lifestyle, design or other highly visual consumer brand.
• Demonstrated experience growing social accounts, not simply maintaining them.
• Deep knowledge of Instagram and TikTok and a strong understanding of Pinterest.
• Excellent visual instincts and understanding of premium brand presentation.
• Strong copywriting and communication skills.
• Experience with influencer outreach, gifting and relationship management.
• Familiarity with ShopMy or other creator affiliate platforms.
• Product PR/editor outreach experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical instincts and comfort using performance data to make decisions.
• An instinct for discovering emerging creators, trends and cultural opportunities.
• Exceptional organization and the ability to manage a high volume of products, creators, launches and content.
• A genuine interest in fashion, beauty, design, gifting and internet culture.

You should be equally comfortable building next month's growth strategy and noticing something happening online this morning that Solar Eclipse should participate in this afternoon.

Initially, you'll establish the infrastructure and consistency needed to transform our currently underutilized social channels into active growth platforms.

Over time, success means significant audience growth across Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest; increasing organic reach, engagement and traffic; a growing network of creators who organically recommend Solar Eclipse; meaningful ShopMy and affiliate growth; increasing earned editorial coverage; and a distinctive social presence that reflects the momentum of the wider business.
