We are hiring for various Superintendent roles, located in Oakdale, MN (traveling), Menomonie, WI, and Minot Area, ND. As an ECI Superintendent, you will play a critical leadership role in managing field operations and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This position requires strong organizational skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to lead and motivate crews while maintaining compliance with company standards and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily field operations for assigned projects, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards.
  • Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel.
  • Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with OSHA and company safety requirements.
  • Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and communicate updates to Project Managers and stakeholders.
  • Review and interpret plans, specifications, and project documents.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports and time tracking.
  • Foster a positive team environment and uphold ECIโ€™s core values on every job site.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in construction supervision, required in heavy civil construction, including dam, hyrdoelectric (hydro), marine, geotechnical, or tunneling experience preferred.ย 
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driverโ€™s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.
