Job description

The ECE Site Coordinator oversees the daily administration, operations, and leadership of the early childhood education program while maintaining strong stakeholder and family relationships in a high-profile site.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily ECE operations, staff scheduling, timesheets, and ratio compliance. Ensure compliance with Maryland licensing, accreditation, and MSDE requirements.
  • Foster positive family engagement, manage enrollment data, and handle community partner relationships.
  • Oversee program assessments, classroom supply procurement, and emergency site compliance.
    • Qualifications:
  • Associate degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in an early childhood setting, with program coordination experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of early childhood curricula and assessment tools (Children Discover Their World, ELA, CLASS).
  • Strong interpersonal communication, problemsolving, and organizational skills.
