A high-net-worth family in Del Mar, California, is seeking an experiencedPersonal Chef for a temporary assignment for 3-4 days a week from June through the end of July. This role focuses on crafting fresh, high-quality meals while ensuring seamless daily dining experiences. The chef will prepare lunches in the home, dinners prepped for easy evening warming, and breakfasts for the following morning. Other meals should be pre-prepared for convenient warming and serving.

We are seeking a skilled culinary professional who excels in planning and executing nutritious, flavorful dishes that align with the familys preferences and dietary needs. Personal Chef Responsibilities:

  • Plan and prepare daily meals for the family, including lunch, dinner and occasional snacks.
  • Create weekly menus that reflect the familys preferences, dietary restrictions, and nutritional needs.
  • Shop for groceries and maintain an organized pantry and kitchen.
  • Ensure all meals are prepared with the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
  • Manage kitchen inventory.
  • Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and work areas.
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment including knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene standards.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Chef or similar role.
