Job description

Jackson HealthPros is seeking an experienced Radiologic Technologist / X-Ray Technologist for a permanent role in Newark, DE at a hospital. The clinician will perform a variety of radiographic procedures to produce high-quality diagnostic images and ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the process. Evening shift positions are available. Multiple openings exist.
Minimum Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
  • Registered and/or licensed by ARRT and state licensure if applicable.
  • BLS certification.
  • Minimum 1 year of radiologic technologist experience preferred.
  • Experience with procedural radiographic equipment and procedures, including neuro, trauma, ortho, general, urology, and vascular procedures.
  • Proficiency with portable X-ray machines and various onsite C-arms.
  • Experience with radiology computer and software systems and basic troubleshooting of equipment.
  • Ability to support clinical training of staff and students.
  • Willingness to work evenings and participate in scheduled weekend and holiday call per unit guidelines.

Additional Position Details:
  • Location type: Hospital in Newark, DE.
  • Shift Name: Evenings. Typical evening shift example: M-F 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
  • Schedule expectations include weekend call rotation (approximately every 6th weekend) and 1-2 holiday 24-hour call shifts per year for evening role.
