This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who thrives in solution-based selling within the cold-chain, food processing, distribution, and temperature-controlled storage sectors.

You will serve as a trusted partner to regional and national accounts, helping customers protect their teams with industry-leading cold-weather PPE while uncovering new opportunities for expansion.

ABOUT REFRIGIWEAR, LLC.

RefrigiWear, LLC. is the industry's leading manufacturer of insulated industrial workwear, accessories, and person-protective equipment for subzero temperatures, inclement weather, and low-visibility environments. Our gear is tougher than the conditions our clients face and can help to tackle any job - and we mean any job. We eat, sleep, and breathe our purpose - creating better products for working in the cold and other harsh conditions. RefrigiWear helps get the job done, whatever the weather! That's our company promise and why we've earned the trust of millions of industrial workers over the years.

We have a strong family culture where employees come first. That's why we offer competitive pay, great benefits, and even better perks! Plus, to keep things fun, we hold several employee social events each year and have a fantastic work-life balance.

If you enjoy working with data, supporting cross-functional teams, and coordinating events and projects, this role is a great fit for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Know and grow your territory by managing strong, long-term relationships with assigned regional and national accounts across Pennsylvania.
  • Act as the primary point of contact, delivering exceptional service, product expertise, and timely support to customers.
  • Drive new customer acquisition within B2B food processing, protein, cold storage, food distribution, and warehouse segments.
  • Identify and penetrate new facilities within existing enterprise accounts to increase overall footprint.
  • Expand wallet share by introducing additional product categories and increasing multi-line adoption.
  • Drive higher sales volume through proactive reorder management and usage expansion strategies.
  • Identify opportunities to introduce new product releases and tailored value-tier solutions aligned to customer needs.
  • Proactively manage churn risk by monitoring engagement, competitive threats, and purchasing trends.
  • Manage leads and account-based opportunities through the full sales cycle, ensuring timely follow-up and complete documentation in CRM systems.
  • Monitor account performance and track customer activity to ensure alignment with growth goals and KPIs.
  • Act as a customer advocate while partnering closely with Customer Service, Sales Support, Marketing, and Product teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
  • Represent RefrigiWear with professionalism and integrity in all customer interactions.
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 3–5 years of direct B2B sales experience, preferably in PPE, industrial products, or selling into food processing, warehousing, or cold-chain industries.
  • Must currently reside within or be able to support the assigned territory (Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, parts of New Jersey, and West Virginia).
  • Strong relationship-builder with exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • Proven track record of new business development and territory growth.
  • Ability to increase wallet share and expand product category penetration.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and skilled at managing multiple accounts and priorities.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and account planning. Ability to meet and document weekly and monthly goals for forecasting and reporting purposes.
Why Join Us?
  • Opportunity to represent a highly respected brand trusted across the cold-chain and food industry.
  • Autonomy to build and grow a high-potential territory.
  • Collaborative team environment with strong internal support.
  • Competitive base compensation plus participation in a monthly performance-based bonus program.
  • Opportunities for professional development and long-term career growth.
