Job description

A well-established, multi-physician gastroenterology group in eastern Pennsylvania is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Gastroenterologist to join its growing practice. The organization operates multiple outpatient clinics and ambulatory surgery centers, supported by strong hospital affiliations and an established referral network.

Position Highlights
  • Two-year pathway to full partnership
  • 4.5-day work week
  • Eligible to buy into the ambulatory surgery center beginning Year Two

  • Year Two compensation includes base salary, retention bonus, and ASC distributions with projected earnings of $650,000+
