Job Summary

Position Summary: Oversees operations, ensuring efficient service, team coordination, and a high-quality guest experience. They combine strong leadership, inventory management skills, and event supervision expertise to execute successful events.

Position Description:

Monitor, track, and manage inventory for beverages and supplies, ensuring availability for events while minimizing waste.

Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate records for reporting purposes. Ensure proper storage, rotation, and handling of products in compliance with health and safety guidelines.

Provide clear instructions and delegate tasks effectively.

Conduct pre-event meetings with staff to align the team to meet event/guest expectations.

Lead and support a team of servers, bartenders, runners, and attendants to deliver high-quality service.

Oversee event preparation, ensuring all areas are set up to premium standards, including food and beverage stations and dining spaces.

Act as main point of contact during events, coordinating between staff, kitchen, and management to resolve issues and maintain efficiency.

Supervise post-event duties, including cleanup, inventory reconciliation, and resetting for the next event.

Provide detailed event reports, including inventory usage, staff performance, and overall performance.

Always present a polished and professional appearance to maintain premium standards.

Handle escalated guest concerns with poise and professionalism, resolving issues promptly to enhance satisfaction. Escalate to management as needed.

Uphold commitment to exceptional service by ensuring every guest feels valued and accommodated.
