Join Early Learning Corps as an Early Learning Tutor and you'll spend your days in a pre-kindergarten classroom to help students build skills and confidence. We'll train you to deliver proven activities and coach you every step of the way!Â
How does it work? Partnering with a teacher, you'll help enhance learning. Whether talking, reading, writing, singing, or playing with students, you'll be helping them to build early literacy and math skills.   Â

Essential Qualifications
By the time you begin your services with Early Learning Corps, you should be:
- Dependable and have a history of good attendance
- Able to follow instructions and make improvements based on feedback
- Proficient in basic computer skills (like email and navigating online)
- Fluent in English for speaking, reading, and writing
- 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent
- A citizen, national, or lawful permanent resident of the United States
- Able to successfully complete a background check
Schedule
We are currently hiring for the 2026-27 school year. Positions run August 2026-June 2027.
- 35 hours per week (less in weeks with holidays or school release days)
- Daytime hours (correspond with school start and end times)
- Monday - Friday (no weekends)
- Time off on holidays and school release days
Part-time positions are also available at 25 or 18 hours per week!
