This position is designed to be performed remotely, providing flexibility and comfort while focusing on delivering quality support to families and children. You will utilize digital tools and platforms to connect with clients, evaluate their needs, and provide services. As a member of a supportive team, you will collaborate with colleagues to ensure that our interventions align with best practices and the latest research in clinical social work.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children and families to identify strengths, needs, and appropriate interventions.
• Collaborate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), outlining specific goals and services tailored for each child.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of children, adjusting strategies and interventions as necessary to ensure optimal developmental outcomes.
• Provide evidence-based support and resources to families, enhancing their skills to foster their child's growth.
• Utilize Natural Learning Environment Practices to integrate therapeutic strategies into everyday family routines, promoting naturalistic learning opportunities.
• Maintain compliance with all federal and state regulations pertaining to clinical social work and child services.
• Develop rapport and trust with children, families, and team members to create a positive and effective therapeutic environment.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with industry trends, methodologies, and legal requirements.

The primary focus of this role is on very young children—specifically infants and toddlers—who experience developmental delays or disabilities. You will work closely with their families to deliver tailored interventions that support their individual journeys. By fostering a strong partnership with parents and guardians, you empower them with knowledge and strategies that enhance their child’s developmental trajectory.

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active LCSW licensure from the Department of Public Health.
• At least one year of experience in working with children in early intervention settings.
• A valid driver’s license to facilitate potential in-person visits or assessments.
• Proficient in adapting therapeutic approaches to meet various learning styles, ensuring personalized care for each child.
• Commitment to employing Natural Learning Environment Practices in all interventions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.

• Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply to better serve diverse client populations.
