Interior Anxiety Mental Care, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time remote role focused on providing essential support within our detox center. You will join a dedicated team of professionals in a detox center environment, committed to providing supportive services to clients dealing with substance use challenges and mental health issues. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will have a variety of essential responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Conducting thorough evaluations and assessments to determine client needs, strengths, and areas for improvement.
• Participating in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Overseeing the progress of clients as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team dedicated to improving patient outcomes.
• Providing evidence-based early intervention and support to families, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills to foster their child’s development.
• Adhering to all federal and state regulations concerning mental health and substance use services.
• Building strong relationships with children, families, and other team members to create a positive and nurturing environment.
• Utilizing a coaching model to educate and support families in their natural environments.
• Ensuring the health and safety of clients and staff by following established safety protocols.

The primary focus will be on supporting children and families affected by substance use issues, as well as those facing developmental delays. You will be instrumental in navigating the complexities of early intervention services, working with infants and toddlers to enhance critical skills in physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication domains during their formative years. Your expertise will be key to helping these young clients achieve their developmental milestones while addressing associated challenges.

• Master's degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• State licensure by the Department of Public Health as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Minimum of one year of professional experience working with children and families, particularly within early intervention settings.
• Valid driver’s license to facilitate traveling for home visits and assessments.
• Strong adaptability in employing various teaching strategies to meet the individualized needs of each child.
• Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills are essential.
• A commitment to Natural Learning Environment Practices and collaborative teamwork.

• Prior experience in a detox center or working with substance use populations is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport with families and communities in a remote setting.
• Experience using digital tools for assessments and teletherapy.

The salary range for this position is competitive, with annual earnings between USD 80,000 and 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer an attractive benefits package, including:
