What are Early Intervention Supervisors?

Early Intervention Supervisors oversee programs and teams that provide support services to infants and toddlers with developmental delays or disabilities. They manage early intervention staff, coordinate individualized service plans, and ensure that services meet state and federal regulations. Their role is essential in helping young children and their families access resources and achieve developmental milestones through specialized therapies and interventions.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as an Early Intervention Supervisor, and why are they important?

To thrive as an Early Intervention Supervisor, you need expertise in early childhood development, special education, and case management, typically supported by a relevant bachelor's or master's degree and professional licensure or certification.
