VP of Enterprise Product Business Development
Shape the Future of Enterprise Networking
Are you a dynamic sales leader with a passion for expanding product lines, forging meaningful client relationships, and driving revenue growth? If so, we're looking for someone like you to lead our Enterprise Product Business Development efforts in the US market.
What You'll Be Doing | In this role, you'll be the driving force behind expanding our Switch/EAP product presence in the North American enterprise market. You'll identify new opportunities, build strong relationships with key decision-makers, and work collaboratively across teams to ensure seamless execution. Here's how you'll make an impact:
  • Find new product opportunities in the North American enterprise market and develop sales strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, from industry influencers to decision-makers at major organizations.
  • Identify customer needs and translate them into sales opportunities that drive business growth.
  • Partner with technical teams to support product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts (PoCs), evaluations, and training.
  • Stay ahead of the market by providing leadership with data-driven insights on trends, competitors, and potential growth areas.
  • Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales goals, meet quotas, and expand our product footprint.
  • Be the go-to expert for RFQs, RFPs, and RFIs-coordinating responses and ensuring seamless execution.
  • Keep learning and innovating by staying engaged with evolving products and industry advancements.
  • Collaborate globally by participating in video and mobile conference meetings with international teams.

What You Bring to the Table | We're looking for someone with a blend of technical expertise, strategic vision, and strong relationship-building skills. If you have the following qualifications, we'd love to hear from you:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in Telecommunications, Broadband Networking, and Wireless industries.
  • A deep understanding of the US Enterprise market, particularly with Switch/EAP products.
  • Established relationships with key enterprise network product vendors like Ubiquiti, Extreme Networks, Fortinet, Ruckus, Dell, Juniper, Aruba, and more.
  • Experience working with Asian electronic ODMs.
  • Strong negotiation skills, a sharp business acumen, and a results-driven mindset.
  • A track record of exceeding sales and business development goals.
  • The ability to navigate complex deals, collaborate across teams, and think strategically.
