As an LCSW, you will engage in a variety of responsibilities, including:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments and developing personalized treatment plans reflecting best practices tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other methodologies suitable for substance use and mental health conditions.
• Maintaining detailed and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards, ensuring client confidentiality and care quality.
• Working collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to create a cohesive treatment experience that prioritizes the health and recovery of each patient.
• Participating in ongoing case consultations and peer review meetings that drive continuous improvement in clinical practices and team cohesion.
• Providing education and support to clients and their families about mental health treatment options and available community resources.
• Staying updated on current research in mental health and addictions, integrating the latest findings into your practice to enhance therapeutic outcomes.
• Effectively managing a caseload of clients, focusing on achieving treatment goals, and upholding ethical standards as outlined by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).

You will work primarily with a diverse population of individuals experiencing substance use disorders, alongside other co-occurring mental health challenges. Our client-centered approach emphasizes understanding each individual's journey and tailoring interventions to respect their unique backgrounds and recovery goals.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license to practice in the state of Illinois.
• A minimum of three years of clinical experience with a strong focus on providing psychotherapy services.
• Comprehensive knowledge of solution-focused psychotherapy techniques and substantial familiarity with various therapeutic modalities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills conducive to building rapport and effectively supporting clients.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
• A proven ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.

• Experience working with substance use disorders is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with telehealth delivery of services.
• Prior experience in a detox or rehabilitation setting is advantageous.
