• Conduct individual, couple, family, and group counseling sessions with a focus on therapeutic techniques that promote emotional healing and resilience.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to develop and implement tailored treatment plans for each client, regularly assessing progress and making any necessary adjustments.
• Provide compassionate support and guidance, equipping clients with coping strategies to navigate emotional, behavioral, or mental health challenges.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to offer a holistic approach to client care, ensuring comprehensive treatment plans.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations, documenting client progress and treatment plans in our electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Engage in continuous education and professional development to stay informed about trends and advancements in the counseling field and integrate new techniques into your practice.

The clients you will serve reflect diverse backgrounds and present a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relational conflicts, and trauma. You will have the opportunity to work with various age groups, from adolescents to seniors, adapting your therapeutic approach to meet the unique needs of each individual or group setting.

• A Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.
• A current and active state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Georgia is essential.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish positive therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Ability to work independently and within a team, demonstrating initiative and adaptability in a remote setting.
• Commitment to cultural sensitivity and experience working with diverse populations to provide inclusive counseling services.

• Previous experience in outpatient counseling or telehealth services is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telecommunication tools is a plus.
• Experience in specialized areas such as trauma-informed care, substance abuse, or family therapy can further enhance your application.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload capacity. Additional benefits include:
