• Conduct detailed assessments of clients to identify their mental health needs and challenges, ensuring accurate diagnosis.

Your primary focus will involve working with a diverse outpatient population seeking support for trauma recovery, anxiety, and depression. Your expertise will be instrumental in offering understanding and strategies to help clients navigate their mental health journeys. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid LCSW license issued in the state of Kansas.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating a proven track record of effective client engagement and support.
• Proficiency in solution-based psychotherapy methodologies to address a wide range of mental health concerns.

• Advanced training in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or similar therapeutic modalities.
