Job Description: EAG is hiring a Director, Enterprise Automation & Reporting to lead one of our highest-priority internal growth initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of automation, data, and AI enablement - building the centralized capability that accelerates operational scalability and data-driven decision making across the organization.

You will lead two parallel workstreams: standing up EAG's enterprise data warehouse and reporting platform, and deploying automation solutions that eliminate manual work and improve gross profit margins across EAG operations. You will manage a lean internal team alongside nearshore/offshore development partners, balancing execution speed with disciplined governance and enterprise-grade standards. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role reporting to the Chief Executive Officer.

What You'll Own: Enterprise Automation Execute EAG's automation roadmap, targeting 10-15 production workflows by Q2 2027 that redirect labor hours toward higher-value work and support increased gross profit margins Build repeatable delivery frameworks using AI, RPA, low-code/no-code tools, workflow orchestration, and APIs; manage intake, prioritization, ROI evaluation, and post-implementation measurement Enterprise Data Platform & Reporting Lead implementation of EAG's enterprise data warehouse (Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, or equivalent); establish leading practice data architecture, governance, and integration standards Deploy 8-12 Power BI dashboards with 90%+ leadership adoption; reduce manual reporting effort by 50%+ and establish a single source of truth for Finance and Operations Hybrid Delivery & Partner Management Manage a lean internal team alongside nearshore/offshore development partners across automation, data engineering, software engineering, and AI disciplines Hold partners accountable to delivery standards, governance frameworks, and knowledge transfer requirements; scale resources up or down based on project demand
