Job description

Overview
Amyx is seeking to hire a Senior Executive Assistant to support our DLA DAI PMO Support contract at Ft Belvoir.
Responsibilities
The person will work with a teams of EAs to provide direct support to the DAI Functional Manager's office and manage communications and scheduling for the DAI Functional Lead.
Provides support in collecting and organizing information required for preparation of user manuals, training materials, installation guides, proposals, and reports. Edits functional descriptions, system specifications, user manuals, special reports, or any other customer deliverables and documents. Provides support in performing financial and administrative tasks. Under general supervision, is responsible for preparing and/or maintaining systems, programming, and operations documentation, procedures and methods. Maintains a current internal documentation library. Provides or coordinates special documentation services as required.
Qualifications
Required:
  • Strong communication skills, organized, prior executive support experience more than 5 years, Secret Clearance, advanced knowledge of MS 365 Suite, fluent in English.
  • Active Secret Security Clearance.

Desired:
  • 10 or more yrs experience, experience with DoW and providing flag-level EA support, experience using AI tools.
