About Zebra Robotics

Zebra Robotics offers engaging robotics and coding programs that help kids build real-world problem-solving and critical thinking skills through hands-on projects. Students work in a supportive environment where they can collaborate, experiment, and explore STEM concepts in creative ways.

What We’re Looking For

Zebra Robotics is seeking enthusiastic STEM Instructors to lead fun, hands-on robotics and coding classes for kids ages 6–15 in Cary, Raleigh, and Holly Springs. You’ll use our curriculum, Scratch, and basic LEGO building to guide students through beginner-friendly projects while building their confidence and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead engaging, hands-on robotics and coding classes using Zebra Robotics’ curriculum.

• Create an energetic, positive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and creativity in STEM.

• Support students as they design, build, and improve their projects, turning challenges into learning moments.

• Communicate with parents about student progress and celebrate their achievements.

Requirements:

• Experience working with children ages 6–15

• Comfortable with Scratch and basic LEGO building concepts

• Available at least two days/week: weekday evenings (5–8 PM) and/or Saturdays (10 AM–2 PM)

• Background check

Experience with tools like Lego WeDo, EV3, Spike Prime, TinkerCad, MicroBit, Roblox, Minecraft, Python, HTML, JavaScript, Unity, or Arduino, and participation in competitions (FLL, FTC, WRO, VEX, Hackathons) is a plus but not required—training provided.
