Job Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced EUC & IT Operations Support Engineer for an immediate replacement engagement in Hunt Valley, MD. This is a fully onsite role requiring hands-on end-user computing and IT operations support, including availability for weekend and off-hours coverage as needed.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide end-user computing (EUC) support onsite across all five business days
  • Deliver hands and feet support during weekends and off-hours as required
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for end users
  • Perform IT operations tasks including device provisioning, imaging, and configuration
  • Coordinate escalations and work with remote teams as needed
Required Skills
  • 3-5 years of experience in EUC or desktop/IT support
  • Strong hands-on troubleshooting skills for end-user hardware and software
  • Experience providing onsite IT operations and field support
  • Ability to work weekends and off hours when required
