2026 Good Karma Brands ESPN New York Fall Internship

GKB is a media and marketing company with expertise in leveraging the power of national and local sports and news to build brands and connect with fans through audio, video, digital and events. Good Karma Brands ESPN New York is currently recruiting college students for our 2026 fall internship program. This is a part-time paid in-person program based at our New York City office. The internship will provide an excellent opportunity for students to learn more about sports marketing and media. The ideal candidate will be an organized self-starter who is interested in hands-on experience in the areas of promotional event marketing, new business development, and sports content creation. The summer internship is a sports marketing and sales-based program that collaborates with ESPN New York, ESPN Radio Network & Podcasts, and Digital Operations.

Daily Responsibilities of an intern:

  • Take the initiative to learn all aspects of the business, ideally becoming competent in marketing execution, the GKB partner acquisition process and GKB’s content creation strategies and best practices (on-air and online). Assist with event planning, set-up and execution, and event breakdown. Engage and interact with local partners and fans during events. Attend and participate in meetings and workshops.
  • Other assigned tasks
  • Be a GKB ambassador by adhering to the GKB core values: Be Honest, Work Hard, Over Deliver, Listen, Teamwork and Follow Through.

Hours and Pay
This internship is approximately 15-20 hours/week from Early September-November 2026. Interns are paid $17.00 an hour and will gain experience in marketing, sales, and content.
