Job description

Job Summary:
Addison Group is looking for an ERP Program Manager to join their team. The role involves leading enterprise ERP initiatives, serving as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, and overseeing ERP implementations to improve business processes and mitigate risks throughout the transformation lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
• Lead ERP transformation initiatives from strategy through implementation and post go live support (Hypercare).
• Assess client technology environments and identify opportunities to improve business processes and technology capabilities.
• Serve as the liaison between executive sponsors, finance leaders, business stakeholders, implementation partners, and technical teams.
• Review ERP implementation proposals and provide strategic recommendations regarding vendors, security, AI capabilities, outsourcing strategies, and implementation approach.
• Oversee project governance, timelines, budgets, risks, and executive communications.
• Ensure implementations align with business objectives while minimizing operational disruption.
• Provide guidance throughout system selection, implementation planning, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
• Partner with private equity sponsors to evaluate technology investments across portfolio companies.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 8+ years leading enterprise ERP implementations or transformation programs.
• Experience managing complex, multi million dollar ERP initiatives.
• Strong understanding of enterprise business processes, particularly Finance and Accounting.
• Experience working with one or more ERP platforms, including: SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, OneStream, AS/400, HSM, MAPICS
• Proven ability to communicate with executive leadership, business stakeholders, finance teams, and technical resources.
• Experience managing third party implementation partners and system integrators.
• Strong consulting mindset with excellent presentation and relationship management skills.
