Job Title: Saviynt EIC Engineer
Location: onsite in New Jersey

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Saviynt Engineer with hands-on experience in Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC) to design, develop, and implement identity governance solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in identity lifecycle management, access certification, role management, and integration with enterprise applications and cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and configure Saviynt EIC modules including Identity Lifecycle Management (ILM), Access Requests, Certification, and Role Management.
  • Develop and customize connectors for onboarding target systems (e.g., Active Directory, Azure, Workday, SAP).
  • Configure and maintain Saviynt workflows, tasks, rules, and email templates.
  • Design and implement identity governance policies including SoD, birthright access, and policy violation remediation.
  • Integrate Saviynt with enterprise systems and SaaS platforms using REST APIs, SCIM, or custom connectors.
  • Create dashboards and reports to support compliance, audit, and business requirements.
  • Support patching, upgrades, and performance tuning of the Saviynt platform.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders from Security, HR, and IT to align IAM solutions with organizational goals.

Required Skills & Experience:
  • 3-6+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
  • 2+ years of Saviynt EIC implementation experience.
  • Strong understanding of identity lifecycle processes, RBAC, and access certification.
  • Experience integrating Saviynt with both on-prem and cloud-based applications.
  • Proficiency with REST APIs, JSON, PowerShell, JavaScript, and SQL.
  • Experience in configuring workflows, access request policies, and provisioning tasks.
  • Knowledge of compliance standards like SOX, HIPAA, GDPR is a plus.
  • Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Saviynt Certified Engineer or equivalent certification.
  • Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow), cloud IAM (e.g., Azure AD), or PAM solutions.
  • Familiarity with modern DevOps tools and agile development practices.
