COMMUNITY MANAGER – BOURJOIS

Le/La Community Manager pilotera une marque iconique avec l’agilité d’une équipe Coty. 
Le/La Community Manager Bourjois crée des contenus à fort impact au cœur des lancements Coty. 

RESPONSABILITÉS 

En tant que Community Manager Bourjois, votre objectif principal sera de stimuler la création, l’engagement et la croissance sur l’ensemble des réseaux sociaux de la marque. 

Vous superviserez la gestion quotidienne des plateformes sociales de Bourjois France : planification éditoriale, production de contenus social-first, modération et interaction avec la communauté, coordination avec les équipes Brand/RP/Influence/Média/E-commerce, et suivi de la performance. Vous transformerez les temps forts de la marque (lancements, temps retail, temps forts saisonniers) en contenus qui déclenchent conversation, réactions et partages, tout en garantissant la cohérence de ton, la conformité, et l’excellence opérationnelle. 

Vos principaux objectifs : 

• Définir la stratégie et construire le calendrier éditorial 

  • Définir les sujets et formats par plateforme (Instagram/TikTok/Facebook/YouTube/Pinterest). 

  • Planifier les contenus always-on + les temps forts + les activations retail. 

  • Assurer la cohérence du ton/territoire Bourjois et des allégations produit. 

• Produire et publier des contenus social-first 

  • Rédiger scripts, légendes, CTA et briefs créatifs. 

  • Créer/monter des formats courts (Reels/TikTok/Stories). 

  • Optimiser les hooks, le rythme, le packaging visuel et le SEO social. 

• Animer et modérer la communauté 

  • Répondre aux commentaires/DM selon une charte de modération. 

  • Gérer les situations sensibles (réclamations, ruptures de stock, crise/bad buzz) avec l’appui juridique nécessaire. 

  • Activer des mécaniques d’engagement (UGC, Q&A, sondages). 

• Coordonner avec les équipes et partenaires 

  • Travailler étroitement avec les équipes Brand, RP/Influence, E-commerce, Média et Juridique. 

  • Identifier les contenus à amplifier via le Paid Social avec l’équipe Média. 

  • Aligner la communication avec les priorités business et retail. 

• Mesurer et optimiser la performance 

  • Suivre les KPIs (reach, taux d’engagement, temps de visionnage, croissance, trafic quand disponible). 

  • Analyser les contenus performants et mener des cycles de test & learn. 

  • Produire un reporting mensuel clair avec recommandations.

En tant que Community Manager expérimenté(e), vous travaillez en mode test & learn, priorisez l’impact, itérez à partir des insights et vous épanouissez dans un environnement international, divers et en évolution rapide.   • Maîtrisez Instagram et TikTok (codes des plateformes, tendances, hooks, rétention).

  • Gérez la modération avec tact, fermeté et un esprit de service.
