Preconstruction Manager

We Are Looking For Someone Like You
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or related experience.
  • 7+ years experience including Estimating, Cost Control Design and Preconstruction in the bidding and design of complex mechanical solutions.
  • Experience with Laboratory, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Brewery, Institutional and Industrial related projects.
  • Experience managing multiple, simultaneous projects.
  • Ability to produce a comprehensive budget and proposal based on schematic narratives, drawings, specifications, and related bid documents.
  • Procure negotiated design/build and design/assist projects and complete the preconstruction phase on those projects.
  • Initiate and maintain relationships with clients and A/E contacts.
  • Understand construction field conditions, means and methods, and project schedules.
  • Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, and Bluebeam experience required.
  • Quickpen / Autobid software experience preferred.
