Location: Research Triangle Park, Durham, NC 27709

Duration: 12+ Months

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced NC FAST Child Welfare Trainer/Content Developer to assist in the training implementation of the NC FAST Medicaid Transformation Project. This role involves developing classroom and eLearning solutions, analyzing the NC FAST system functionality, and facilitating training sessions for social services programs. The ideal candidate will collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective learning materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and design curriculum and training materials for adult learners.
  • Facilitate training sessions in various formats, including in-person and virtual.
  • Collaborate with training leads and subject matter experts to ensure effective training delivery.
  • Utilize software tools such as Adobe FrameMaker and LMS technologies for course development.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Required Skills:

  • Curriculum design and adult learning development (3+ years)
  • Experience with NC FAST case management software (3+ years)
