Your place in our story
Minto is looking for a talented and driven Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team as the internal Salesforce platform expert. This is a pivotal role that sits at the heart of our CRM strategy - you'll own the technical architecture, development, and evolution of our Salesforce environment across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Data 360, while also lending your expertise to our Marketing Cloud initiatives. You'll collaborate closely with business stakeholders, architects, and product owners to translate complex requirements into scalable, well-engineered Salesforce solutions.

Here's how you'll contribute 
    Design, develop, and maintain robust solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, including custom       objects, flows, Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
    Serve as the internal Salesforce platform SME - guiding architectural decisions, enforcing best practices,    and mentoring junior admins or developers
    Lead the implementation and optimization of Salesforce Data 360 (Data Cloud) - including data ingestion,     identity resolution, data model design, and segment/activation configuration
    Lead the design and configuration of Agentforce agents for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Outreach           Center use cases
    Support and contribute to Marketing Cloud integrations and campaigns, including journey configuration,    data extensions, and Marketing Cloud Connect
    Manage integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, platform events,    and middleware tools
    Perform regular platform health checks, technical debt assessments, and release management activities
    Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs
    Work within Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks, actively contributing to sprint planning, reviews, and     retrospectives
    Ensure data quality, security, and compliance standards are met across the platform

Required Skills & Experience
    5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in a professional setting
    Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce
    Deep expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud configuration and customization
    Proven experience with Salesforce Data 360 - including data streams, unified profiles, segmentation, and        activation
    Solid understanding of Salesforce security model (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, field-level              security)
    Experience designing and building API-based integrations (REST/SOAP, platform events, named               credentials)
    Proficiency with Salesforce DX, version control (Git), and CI/CD deployment pipelines
    Strong understanding of governor limits, bulkification patterns, and performance optimization
    Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical    stakeholders
    Active Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform     Developer I/II)
    Experience managing DevOps tools for Salesforce release management

Desirable Skills & Experience 
    Hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud - Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and/or     Marketing Cloud Connect
    Advanced Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application & System Architect, Data Cloud Consultant, Agentforce      Specialist)
    Experience with Salesforce Flow (Screen Flows, Auto-launched Flows, Orchestration)
    Familiarity with Azure DevOps pipelines
    Familiarity with MuleSoft, Boomi, or other enterprise integration platforms
    Experience in a regulated industry (real estate, financial services, or similar)
    Additional certifications such as Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Data Cloud Consultant, or Platform          Developer II
    Experience leading technical discovery workshops or acting as a solution architect
    Familiarity with Tableau or CRM Analytics (Einstein Analytics)
    Familiarity with industry ERPs such as Yardi and NewStar


Hiring pay range rate: 120,000 -150,000
