Job description

Position Summary, Responsibilities, and Expectations

  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes across the Americas, including new hire orientation, exit interviews, and final pay processing
  • Own and manage employee recognition programs, including service anniversary awards and company-wide initiatives
  • Assist with compensation activities such as benchmarking, offer support, promotions, and off-cycle adjustments
  • Administer leaves of absence in compliance with applicable regulations (e.g., FMLA, ADA, USERRA, Pregnancy Discrimination Act)
  • Process employee lifecycle transactions in HRIS (Oracle HCM), ensuring proper documentation and approvals
  • Support benefits administration, including employee inquiries and coordination of the annual open enrollment process
  • Maintain and audit personnel records (electronic and paper) to ensure compliance with legal and internal requirements
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency through regular audits and quality checks
  • Participate in and support ad hoc HR projects and initiatives as needed

Desired Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2-4 years of experience in HR operations, HR generalist, or similar roles
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR compliance requirements
  • Experience with HRIS systems (Oracle HCM preferred) and/or applicant tracking systems
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and data management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.  

Annual Salary Range $70,000-$85,000 USD
