About the Company: We are a local locksmith company hiring for our new department which will entail our BRAND NEW online store supplying wholesale locksmith and security supplies throughout the U.S.

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Shopify Ecommerce Specialist to join our team. As a Shopify Ecommerce Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Shopify online store. You will work closely with the marketing and design teams to enhance the user experience, increase conversion rates, and drive online sales. This role requires an understanding of Shopify's features and capabilities, as well as knowledge of ecommerce best practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our Shopify online store, including product listing, inventory management, order processing, and fulfillment.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement effective promotional campaigns, product launches, and sales initiatives.
  • Continuously analyze and optimize the user experience on the website, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive conversion rates and increase sales.
  • Monitor website performance, track key metrics, and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts and overall website performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest ecommerce trends, technologies, and best practices, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance the online shopping experience.
  • Provide support and assistance to customers regarding order inquiries, shipping, and returns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the design team to create visually appealing and user-friendly web pages and product listings that align with our brand guidelines.
