The Opportunity
As an E-Billing Analyst, you will be responsible for all aspects of e-billing for assigned e-billing vendors in addition to assisting billing coordinators, attorneys, secretaries and clients with day-to-day e-billing questions and concerns. You will promote an atmosphere of teamwork and continuous improvement.
The Day-To-Day
On any given day, you will:
  • Responsible for all aspects of e-billing for assigned e-billing vendors, including submitting invoices through the e-billing hub and documenting progress within the e-billing hub and e-billing tracker.
  • Submit timekeepers, budgets and accruals to vendor websites when necessary.
  • Assist billing coordinators, attorneys, secretaries and clients with day-to-day e-billing questions and concerns.
  • Monitor e-billing daily for rejections and new invoices to e-bill.
  • Resolve aged, reduced, appealed and/or rejected invoices timely and within allotted client and/or vendor specific timeframes.
  • Work closely with supervisor and managers to resolve any e-billing or client e-billing issues.

You Have
  • College degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • 3-5 years legal billing experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with e-vendor websites.
  • Exceptional organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive and professional in team working environment
  • Professional, detail oriented, dependable, flexible and efficient.

Location Specific Language
The salary range for this role is $75,000 to $80,000 annually, which is based on a 35-hour work week. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Chicago. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee's pay within the salary range will be based on numerous factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for an annual merit increase and bonus pay.
