This contract opportunity offers a path to a permanent role and blends technical leadership, functional expertise, and team oversight, making it ideal for someone who can shape system direction while remaining involved in hands-on solution delivery. The role partners closely with finance, operations, and IT stakeholders to align platform capabilities with business priorities and ensure a stable, scalable ERP ecosystem.

• Experience leading change management, release coordination, and cross-functional ERP initiatives in a business-facing IT setting.
• Solid understanding of ERP data structures, reporting support, and database-level troubleshooting within Business Central environments.
• Background in IT project management with the ability to manage priorities, coordinate teams, and keep delivery aligned with business objectives.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with finance, operations, technical teams, and external partners.
