We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Sales Operations & CRM Specialist to support and enhance the effectiveness of our sales organization. This role will play a key part in managing and optimizing our Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform, ensuring it supports day-to-day sales execution, accurate reporting, and improved seller productivity. You will partner closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Sales Ops, and IT to maintain CRM processes, improve adoption, and deliver insights that strengthen pipeline visibility and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities CRM Management & Optimization (Primary Focus – Microsoft Dynamics)

• Serve as the primary owner and administrator of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform.
• Manage and enhance CRM configuration, including fields, entities, layouts, workflows, automation, and reporting structures.
• Support system improvements that are aligned to evolving sales needs and business priorities.
• Partner closely with IT and RevOps to plan and implement integrations and system updates.
• Monitor CRM data quality and system usage, and drive continuous improvement in both.
• Provide day-to-day CRM support and troubleshooting for the sales organization.

Sales Process Support

• Maintain standardized sales processes within the CRM to support consistent execution across the team.
• Ensure consistency in opportunity stages, pipeline definitions, and account management practices.
• Identify gaps in existing processes and lead efforts to improve related workflows.

Reporting & Insights

• Build and maintain dashboards that track pipeline, activity, and conversion metrics.
• Support recurring reporting needs and business review preparation for sales leadership.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all CRM reporting.

Forecasting Support

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM data to support reliable sales forecasting.
• Support pipeline review meetings and track performance trends over time.

Sales Performance Tracking

• Track key performance indicators and assist with incentive compensation reporting.

Training & Enablement

• Train CRM users and develop supporting documentation and reference materials.
• Promote CRM best practices and drive adoption across the sales organization.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Partner with Marketing to support alignment and integration between Dynamics and HubSpot.
• Align with Finance and RevOps to ensure consistent, accurate reporting across teams.

Qualifications Experience

• You have 5 or more years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or CRM administration.
• You have hands‑on CRM administration experience, with Microsoft Dynamics experience strongly preferred.
• You have experience directly supporting a sales team in a similar capacity.

Preferred

• You have prior exposure to HubSpot.
• You hold a relevant CRM certification.
• You have experience with BI tools such as Power BI.

Success Metrics

• CRM data is maintained with a high standard of quality and completeness.
• User adoption of the CRM platform continues to grow across the sales organization.
• Reporting produced from the CRM is consistently accurate and reliable.
• Pipeline data remains consistent across teams and reporting periods.
• Dynamics and HubSpot remain effectively aligned and integrated.
• Support requests are addressed promptly and effectively.
