Job Summary:
Accenture Federal Services is dedicated to helping the US federal government enhance its operations and serve the public better. They are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics Developer to design, develop, customize, and support solutions built on Microsoft Dynamics 365, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that drive business transformation.
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and implement customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service).
• Configure Dynamics modules to meet business requirements, including entity creation, form design, views, business rules, and process automation.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and middleware (e.g., Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate).
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.
• Conduct unit testing, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and manage deployment of customizations and updates.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for Dynamics 365 solutions, including performance tuning and issue resolution.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for customizations, integrations, and processes.
• Ensure solutions adhere to Microsoft best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service).
• Proficiency in Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, and development (JavaScript, C#, .NET, Power Platform).
• Experience with Dynamics 365 APIs, web services, and integration tools.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred:
• Bachelor’s degree in - Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience with Azure services (e.g., Logic Apps, Azure Functions).
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications.
• Experience with data migration and ETL processes.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for Dynamics 365.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
