We are seeking a Lead MS Dynamics 365 Developer to join our team in Richmond, VA in support of a government customer.The positionwill be responsible for thedesign, configuration, customization, and support of Microsoft Dynamics solutions,including Dynamics 365 and related Power Platform components. These rolesserve as the technical and functional experts for Dynamics, providingguidance on best practices, integrations, and optimization strategies. Theselected candidates for these positions will work closely with businessstakeholders, developers, and IT leadership to ensure the platform alignswith organizational goals and delivers maximum value. The goal for this position is to extend Dynamics 365 capabilities and to deliverinnovative, low-code business solutions.
The Lead Dynamics Developer roleincludes the following:
  • Leading the design,configuration, and customization of Dynamics 365 solutions to meetbusiness requirements.
  • Serving as the primary pointsof contact for Dynamics 365 support, troubleshooting, and issueresolution.
  • Developing and maintainingbusiness process flows, workflows, and Power Automate integrations.
  • Designing and building PowerApps solutions that complement Dynamics 365 and streamline businessprocesses.
  • Leveraging Power BI to createdashboards and analytics that enhance decision-making.
  • Working with business analyststo gather and refine requirements, translating them into technicalsolutions.
  • Creating and managing customentities, forms, views, and relationships.
  • Implementing security roles,field-level security, and data access controls.
  • Conducting system testing, useracceptance testing (UAT), and end-user training.
  • Optimizing performance, datamanagement, and system stability.
  • Integrating Dynamics 365 withother business systems, including SharePoint, Power BI, and externalAPIs.
  • Staying current on MicrosoftDynamics 365 and Power Platform updates, features, and emerging bestpractices.
  • Performing related work asrequired.
Requirements:
  • 4 or more years of hands-onexperience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365.
  • Proficiency in the MicrosoftPower Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse) isessential, with the ability to extend Dynamics 365 functionality usinglow-code solutions.
  • Strong understanding ofDynamics 365 modules, including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing,Field Service, and Power Platform capabilities.
  • Experience with Dynamics 365customization, configuration, and administration.
  • Experience in C#, .Net and Webservices.
  • Knowledge of relationaldatabases, data models, and data integration.
  • Excellent communication,collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to create andmaintain baseline configurations and roadmaps.
  • A bachelor's degree ispreferred but not required with considerable experience.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365 Fundamentals, Dynamics 365 SalesFunctional Consultant) are preferred.
  • Microsoft Power Platformcertifications (e.g., Power Platform Fundamentals, Power PlatformFunctional Consultant) are a plus.
  • Experience with Dynamics 365SDK, JavaScript, and plug-in development is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Azure servicesand cloud architecture.
  • Understanding of ITIL or otherIT service management frameworks.
  • Project management or businessanalysis experience a plus.
  • Excellent written and oralcommunication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skillsand customer service orientation.
  • Ability to present ideas inbusiness-friendly and user-friendly language.
  • Highly self-motivated anddirected.
