Job description

*Shift - Wed - Sat, 7pm - 6:15am

About the Role

As Supervisor, E-Fulfillment, you will support retail operations by managing the day-to-day execution of merchandise processing through the Fulfillment Network. 

What You’ll Do

  • Manage the workflow of several departments in conjunction with individual department supervisors

  • Develop and maintain accuracy standards to ensure unit inventory integrity

  • Align with business partners to resolve issues and ensure efficient service

  • Ensure dynamic staffing to meet company goals

  • Effectively manage staff to meet productivity and cost goals

  • Evaluate and track level of service and accuracy standards

  • Leads direct reports to achieve unit goals by Kohl's policies and practices

  • Increase associate engagement by developing and communicating a clear vision

  • Maintain open communication, set clear objectives and remove barriers

  • Develop an effective staff through coaching and performance feedback

What Skills You Have

Preferred

  • Prior experience managing teams in a distribution warehouse environment

  • Working knowledge of automated distribution and warehouse systems

  • Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems

  • Lean Techniques or Process/Continuous Improvement Methodologies

  • Ability to build and maintain connections with a team to drive results

  • Experience interpreting and managing data  

  • 1-2 years of experience with Operations and Operational Support Systems (WMS, WCS, LMS, etc)

  • 1-2 years automated MHE and SQL experience

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability  to work well under pressure and as a team for the achievement of customer satisfaction

  • Ability to work under general supervision and use knowledge and experience to provide quality support to the user community


Pay Range: $68,800.00 - $97,700.00
