We are a dynamic staffing agency with deep roots in the oil and gas industry, specializing in placing skilled talent in metal fabrication, welding, machining, and industrial manufacturing roles. Our clients include top-tier fabrication shops, pipeline mills, and industrial service providers across Texas and beyond.

As demand continues to grow, we're looking to add an experienced and driven Recruiter to our team to help us connect top talent with high-quality employers.


Job Summary:

The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates into fabrication, welding, and other skilled trade roles across our client base. The ideal candidate is someone who understands the industrial workforce, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can build solid relationships with both job seekers and hiring managers.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Source skilled candidates for roles such as welders (MIG, TIG, Flux Core, Sub-Arc), fitters, machinists, assemblers, and general laborers.

  • Conduct phone screens, interviews, reference checks, and pre-employment processes.

  • Partner with account managers to understand role requirements, work environments, and candidate expectations.

  • Build and maintain a steady pipeline of qualified tradespeople.

  • Conduct Safety Orientations for onboarding candidates
  • Maintain accurate documentation in our ATS and ensure compliance with all internal and client-specific hiring protocols.
