This full-time position is centered within our vibrant outpatient office setting in beautiful Boca Grande. • Conduct in-depth evaluations for each patient, utilizing their medical history and performing specific assessments to create personalized treatment plans.
• Communicate evaluation findings and proposed treatment strategies clearly to both patients and their families, actively involving them in their care goals.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to implement treatment protocols that align with each patient's evolving healthcare needs.
• Engage with interdisciplinary team members when necessary, ensuring comprehensive and adaptable patient care that recognizes changes in each patient's condition.
• Manage discharge planning effectively, documenting each patient's progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner to reflect their journey through care.
• Maintain optimum productivity by demonstrating effective time management and organizational skills, while also taking part in marketing initiatives that promote our services within the community.
• Support department objectives through active participation in strategy development and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Encourage continued education and development by mentoring interns and clinical students, fostering knowledge sharing within the practice.
• Ensure that patient interactions are positive and focused on improving access to care through adaptability and flexibility.

As a Physical Therapist at Dynamic Bridgeway Physical Therapy, you will encounter a diverse patient demographic, including individuals recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, chronic pain conditions, or mobility impairments. Your empathetic approach will be vital in tailoring treatment interventions, fostering a trust-based relationship that drives effective rehabilitation outcomes.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy or related field.
• A valid physical therapy license in the State of Florida.
• Current certification in BLS for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for improving patient care.

• Minimum of two years of relevant outpatient physical therapy experience is preferred but not mandatory.
