Key Responsibilities
  • Work under the supervision of two board-certified pain management specialists to deliver exceptional patient care in a busy surgical center setting.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients experiencing various types of pain through interviews, physical examinations, and meticulous documentation using our electronic medical record system.
  • Order appropriate laboratory tests, imaging studies, and consultations in coordination with the attending physician to develop effective treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
  • Collaborate with attending staff to collect, analyze, and document data to assess the effectiveness of treatment protocols, with the goal of enhancing overall patient care quality.
  • Communicate clearly with patients by discussing the results of diagnostic tests, explaining treatment goals, and providing them with all necessary information regarding their care plans.
  • Manage refills of non-controlled pain medications effectively while ensuring continuity of care and adhering to all relevant guidelines.
Patient Population / Client Focus

This role focuses on patients suffering from chronic pain conditions, requiring a nuanced understanding of pain management strategies. Qualifications
  • A valid state license as a Physician Assistant.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 – $140,000 annually, accompanied by various beneficial incentives.
