Job description

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner with an interest in working in a dynamic pain management practice in Santa Rosa, CA. You will aim to serve the community by providing quality patient care as part of our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with supervising physician on providing effective medical treatment and case management
  • Prescribe necessary medications and therapies
  • Electronic charting with timely completion of documentation of patient encounters
  • Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and facilities
  • Provide interventional procedures within the clinical setting
  • Comply with federal and state, legal and professional requirements to maintain licensure

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in pain management preferred

  • Capability to build rapport with patients
  • Effective time management skills and ability to prioritize work
