About the Role:
The Nurse Practitioner will serve as a vital healthcare provider delivering comprehensive family medicine services across diverse patient populations, including pediatrics and geriatrics. This role focuses on conducting thorough clinical assessments to diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, with an emphasis on pain management and patient safety. The Nurse Practitioner will collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that promote optimal health outcomes. They will also play a key role in educating patients and their families about health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options. Minimum Qualifications:
  • Current and valid Nurse Practitioner license in the United States.
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
  • Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or equivalent specialty certification.
  • Demonstrated experience in clinical assessments and patient management in family medicine settings.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
