Job Description:
● Contributes to physician's effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-term patient care issues and recommends options and courses of action.
● Assesses patient health by performing physical examinations; obtaining, updating and dictating patient’s medical histories for their charts. Develops a working diagnosis and treatment plan for patients.
● Provides outpatient care to patients with complex, chronic and acute pain.
● Determines abnormal conditions by ordering diagnostic tests such as x-rays, MRI’s and CT scans.
● Provides continuity of care by developing and implementing patient management plans that comply with company’s policies and standards of pain management.
● Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements Job Requirements:
● Graduate of an approved Physician’s Assistant Program; Master's Degree in Physician’s Assistant Program or graduated of an approved Nurse Practitioner's Program; Nurse Practitioner's license.
● Licensure/Certification/Registration: Must have Prescriptive authority for licensure to prescribe.
● Must have good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
● Must demonstrate competency and the ability to perform advanced assessment, diagnosis and develop treatment plans.
● Must hold an active license for Physician Assistant’s Program or active Nurse Practitioner's license.
