Job Summary:
The Recruiter will play a critical role in attracting, engaging, and hiring qualified nursing and home health professionals to support Trusted Ally Home Care’s mission and growth. This position is responsible for full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and company requirements. The ideal candidate is highly organized, people-focused, results-driven, and passionate about building strong clinical teams that deliver exceptional patient care.

Major Job Functions:
  1. Source and attract qualified healthcare candidates
  2. Screen and evaluate applicants (resumes, interviews, credentials)
  3. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  4. Ensure compliance with licensing and healthcare regulations
  5. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source and recruit qualified nurses, home health aides, and clinical staff across multiple states
  • Conduct phone screens and initial interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
  • Coordinate interviews with clinical leadership and hiring managers
  • Manage job postings across multiple platforms and recruiting channels
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Ensure timely completion of pre-employment requirements, including licensure, background checks, and onboarding documentation
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future staffing needs
  • Partner with leadership to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities
  • Promote a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Support retention initiatives through ongoing candidate and employee engagement

Education and Experience Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of recruiting experience required; healthcare or home health recruiting strongly preferred
  • Experience recruiting nurses and clinical staff highly desirable
  • Strong understanding of recruiting best practices, employment laws, and compliance standards
  • Familiarity with multi-state healthcare licensing requirements is a plus
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with ATS systems, job boards, and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to adapt to a flexible work schedule and changing staffing demands
  • This is a Hybrid Position. Must be within a reasonable commuting distance to the Las Vegas, NV office location.

Additional Information:​
  • Base pay of between $65,000-$75,000/year
